What can I do with a Private Pilot Certificate
As a FAA rated Private Pilot, you fly during day time and night time. There is no restriction on how far you can travel. You could also carry passengers with you.

Yes, Encore Flight Academy offers aircraft rental to all our graduate. You will have a 24/7 access to our fleet, with online scheduling.
What is the difference between "Economy" and "Premium" for Private Pilot Program?
The Minimum program offers the FAA minimum requirement for getting a private pilot certificate. This might be enough flight training for some, however most people require some additional flight training, therefore the Premium program offer total of 50 hours of flight time (10 hour more than FAA minimums).
How long does it take to complete the Private Pilot Course?

What kind of aircraft i should fly?
Encore Flight Academy offers several different makes of aircrafts. Most student pick one platform as the primary aircraft type, however throughout the course you will fly in all different makes of aircraft to be able to comfortably rent them in the future.
Is there a price difference between the aircrafts for Private Pilot Training?

What is the difference between the two Instrument Rating Packages?
FAA requires you to have total of 50 hours of X-Country PIC (Pilot In Command) time before the Instrument CheckRide. If you don’t have the X-Country time you would need to get the second package.
How long does it take to complete the Instrument Rating Course?
The Instrument Rating course has total of 35 lessons and usually it takes about 2 to 3 months to complete.
What kind of aircraft i will be flying during the Instrument Rating Course?
You do can choose between the Piper, Diamond and Cessna, however most people do their training in Piper Warriors.
Can I use the flight Simulators for Instrument Raring?
How long does it take to complete the Career Program?
You have three options to complete the whole course:
- Accelerated, You can finish all you training a obtain all you Pilot’s licenses in as little at 5 months. This option will require you to to fly at least Six days a week, and on many sessions
- Full Time, by attending 5 session a week, the full course will be completed in 13 months.
- Part Time, by attending 3 season a week, the full course will be completed in 18 months.
how often do i have to come to school for the Career Program?
For full time program you need to attend 5 times a week to complete the program in 13 months, and 3 times a week to complete the program in 18 months.
How do i schedule my flight sessions?
At Encore Flight Academy each session is done on one-on-one basis, you can simply call our front desk 7 days a week to make the reservation, or use our online scheduling software.
Can I get a job when I am done with the Career program?
Yes, in fact Encore Flight Academy offers a guaranteed position as a Flight Instructor upon completion of the course.
Why do I need to become a Flight Instructor?
U.S. Airlines require all pilot to have total flight time of 1500 hours. Encore Flight Academy offers you a paid Instructor position to build your flight time to 1500 hours.
how long do I need to work as a Flight Instructor?
Our Flight Instructors fly about 100 hours a month, for most people it takes about a year to reach 1500 hours of flight time.
When can I start my ATP certificate training?
You need to have total of 1500 hours of total logged time get your ATP certificate.
How long does the ATP Course take to complete?
Depending on your flight experience the ATP Course could take between 3 to 10 hours of flight time, we also recommend at least 2 hours of FAA Approved flight simulator time.
Can I get my ATP Certificate in an accelerate time?
Yes, the ATP program could be completed in as little as a week, or 2 or 3 weekends.
